Shipping Policies

Specific questions can be sent to [email protected]. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response.

Order processing

Orders will typically be processed and shipped out within 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated on an announcement or item page. I will not be able to ship urgent orders any faster. 

Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Please note I am currently unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, or Germany.

United States: 2-5 business days
Canada & Mexico: 1-3 weeks
Other International: 2-10 weeks

EU & UK Customers

You are responsible for any fees associated with customs/VAT, no matter how high the package value. These fees will be collected by your country upon arrival. Please check with your country's customs office to determine status and fees.

Import taxes are not the responsibility of this shop. Import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping. Additional taxes/charges/fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If your package is returned to me, you can either:

  1. Pay for shipping again to have the package sent again.
  2. Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

I will not mark any shipment as a gift or alter the value or contents on the customs form.

Preorders

If you have items with different release dates within the same order, including those that are currently available, they won't be shipped until the last preorder is in hand. Please see individual listings for approximate preorder dates.

Tracking

All orders come with a USPS tracking number. You will receive this number through email when a shipping label has been printed.

Please be aware that international orders may lose access to tracking when the item arrives in your country.

Combination

I do not offer order combination. Please order carefully to avoid paying for shipping more packages. I cannot combine items with existing preorders.

International Customs

Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving their order. I will not be able to refund any shipping & handling fees if you deny the package at customs or do not pay customs fees.

F.A.Q.

"My tracking status says out for delivery/delivered, but it isn't here."

Wait a few days, as USPS often scans items early. Sometimes it says "delivered" when it isn't. 

If a few days have passed, call or visit the local USPS post office to see where it is.

Try asking neighbors, roommates, and family.

Check around your property in case it was placed in a hidden area or blew around.

I cannot help you find your package once it's handed over to USPS. Only USPS can help you. If it is marked "delivered" I unfortunately cannot help you.

 

"My order was damaged in transit."

Please contact me at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item, your full name, address, and order number. Some damage, such as bent posts, can be easy to fix.

 

"My order is missing something or incorrect."

Please contact me at [email protected] with your full name, order number, and address. Please explain which items are missing or incorrect and I will offer you a refund for the item or a replacement.

I cannot offer replacements or refunds after 15 days past delivery.

 

"My order was returned to you."

If your order returns to me due to my own error, I will let you know and send it again for free.
If the error is not mine, such as a refused package, inaccurate address, unpaid fees/customs, etc. you can have it shipped again upon payment of a new shipping label, or have your item(s) refunded minus the cost of shipping and a 20% restock fee.
